I was impressed by the location of the hotel with easy access to the Old town. The hotel facilities, including the spa with an indoor pool, sauna, and provided robes and slippers, made my stay more comfortable and relaxing. The cleanliness of the hotel and the renovated bathroom of my room contributed to a great experience. Finally, the staff's hospitality, were great to provide helpful service, especially Sebastian and Helmut at reception, was a highlight.

Good location near train station, restaurants and shops. Rooms in the Residence building have air conditioning and were comfortable. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely spa area which was a great place to unwind after a busy day. Breakfast offered good quality German/Austrian food.

Staying in this hotel is a joy due to its greatly convenient location. You can easily explore the pedestrian area and immerse yourself in the culture with the surrounding village and old town being within walking distance. the restaurant scene nearby has a lot of variety. The view from some rooms is stunning, offering picturesque views of the river. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great and is a perfect way to start your day.
Some aspects of the bathroom might need a bit of attention.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for restaurants and sights to visit. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a delicious variety of options to choose from.
The rooms were on the smaller side, with limited storage space. It would have been nice to have more control over the temperature in the rooms, as they tended to get warm.

We loved the wellness area, especially the pool and sauna, a perfect way to unwind after a day out exploring. The complimentary tea and cake were a lovely treat, and the staff were kind and attentive. Despite being a short walk away from the city center, we found the location to be perfect for us. we had a wonderful stay!

This place is a great choice for anyone who wants to stay right in the heart of things. Here, you're in a restricted area and there's a pedestrian zone just around the corner. Plus, the staff is incredibly helpful and offers room service, car hire and bicycle rental. I loved that my room had air conditioning and a mini-bar, and I really appreciated the ironing facilities. Best of all, though, was the amazing spa and wellness facilities, which included an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna.
If you're looking for a great place to stay with everything you need, I'd definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
